Must Fill Out Forms: If this is your first visit, you are required to complete our new patient forms before any treatments. These forms help us understand your goals, medical history, and create a personalized plan for you.
Avoid Blood Thinners: To minimize the risk of bruising, please avoid blood-thinning medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and supplements like fish oil and vitamin E for 24-48 hours before your appointment (unless prescribed by your doctor).
Stay Hydrated: Ensure you are well-hydrated before your treatment, especially if you are receiving dermal fillers. This can help improve the longevity of your results.
No Makeup for Certain Treatments: If you are booking for facial injectables or skin treatments, we recommend coming in with a clean, makeup-free face.
Medical Conditions & Allergies: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are currently taking during your consultation. This ensures we can safely plan your treatment.
Post-Treatment Downtime: Some treatments may require minimal downtime (such as Botox or fillers). Please plan accordingly to avoid strenuous activity, exposure to heat, or sun immediately after treatment.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid any fees.
