Aftercare Instructions

Injectable Treatments Aftercare:

• General Aftercare:

• Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for at least 24 hours.

• Apply a cold compress to reduce swelling and bruising, if necessary.

• Avoid strenuous exercise and extreme heat (saunas, hot tubs) for 24-48 hours.

• Specific Aftercare:

• B12/MIC Injections: Stay well-hydrated and follow your healthcare provider's recommendations for ongoing nutrition.

• Dermal Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Revanesse, etc.): Avoid blood thinners, alcohol, and anti-inflammatory medications for 24 hours post-treatment to minimize bruising.

• Kybella: Avoid excessive heat and exercise for 48 hours post-treatment to help reduce swelling.
